The Connect Center provides help for a more secure and connected life.   We are dedicated to supporting low-income families, homeless youth, and individuals experiencing housing instability. 

The Connect Center believes in a community that knows we are all connected. We envision a world where every person has access to the resources they need to live a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life.
